    T069 and T273 refillable Hi Mr. Goodman! Just thought I’d let you know how the cleaning of my Epson NX 420 went especially after you took the time to talk about what to try to get it working (the problem was that the nozzle test showed no black, but the sensor recognized black ink in the tank & I couldn’t see any empty areas in the reusables.) Unfortunately it didn’t work. I gave up & got a refurb XP 820. The refillable inks I got from you were recognized with the same message you said you got when installing your daughter’s new printer. ("not genuine epson cartridges. Do you wish to proceed?") When trying to print I had a problem with the blue cartridge & finally figured out that the hole beneath the tape on the blue was not open - worked fine after I opened it up w/ a knife. Thank you for all the honest, sincere, & helpful info you provide & the great products you offer - in short thank you for being someone the customer can trust!...

    T126 Refillable cartridges Dear CCS-Digital… I thought you might like a little positive feedback re: your CCS Refillable cartridges. A few months back (April I think), I purchased the first of two, sets-of-4 refillable cartridges for my Epson WF-3540, plus some ink. Today, I successfully replaced the first 4 CCS cartridges with the second set of 4 (also refilling the 1st set, with no issues). Everything went smoothly…as it did the last time…but there are a couple of interesting “behavioral changes” the printer has developed. With 4 factory Epson cartridges, the process for re-initialization after installation typically took around 3 minutes (maybe a bit longer), and frequently included two or three cartridge “re-install” screens… even when I was absolutely, 100% dead-certain that the cartridges were all seated properly. With your CCS Refillable cartridges, the re-initialization process now takes close to 6 minutes, but after three separate, 4-cartridge installations, I haven't gotten a single “re-install” screen during the process. Interestingly, my printer will sometimes (but only rarely) randomly flash a “re-install” screen for a particular cartridge, but if I just lift the lid assembly and set it back down…without removing/re-installing the cartridge… the screen will often go away and the printer will work. I could never do this with factory Epson cartridges, and often when a “re-install” was required for a nearly-full cartridge, a few days later a “cartridge empty” screen would come up, followed a couple of days later by the printer refusing to work at all. Your cartridges not only match the function of factory cartridges, they also prevent the arbitrary (and massively frustrating) shut-down of the printer due to false estimates of ink levels.
