T125 reusable Dear Mr. Goodman, Just as you said (turn printer off & on 4x. Replace 1 cartridge at a time until all are processed. ) it worked perfectly! Who could ask for better service?! And you were even pleasant to speak with even though it was late & I was crazy from "tax time”. Don’t want to gush but, this is the business owner everyone wants to do business with - you obviously know your business. T273XL refillable (She forgot to order the photo black but we included it as a bonus.) I did not realize a photo black was necessary. This will be the first I owned a printer with such capabilities and I am excited. Once I am "up and running" , I intend to order a backup set. I have no intention of putting retail cartridges in this printer. Your business ethic is to be commended and unfortunately a rare find these days. I appreciate your understanding and helpfulness....

head cleaner, T069 single use, Canon BCI-3 First I want to thank you for the printer head cleaner! After several years or not using my Epson workforce 600, everything was dried to the point that no amount of head cleaning even budged it. Nothing at all would print out. After a few hours of using your cleaner, part of the head came back to life. So I recleaned it with you cleaner and let it soak for a week. The black works perfectly!! The color still has some lines in it, but everyday I use it, it gets better and better! Thanks for everything!!...
