Dear Izzy, I just wanted to send you a note thanking you for the newsletter. Yours is the only newsletter from any sort of vendor I have ever subscribed to (on purpose), and I always find it entertaining and helpful. I also like the way you personalize it with things from your own life and experience. I feel like I am dealing with a person and not just a company trying to sell me products from China. I also appreciate your website and all the educational information you have out there - it is what made me want to order replacement Epson cartridges from you. My husband was always deadset against the idea of using replacement cartridges, due to the very real problems that are often experienced. He just never felt it was worth taking a chance- he and I have a small consulting company and this was just the cost of doing business. However, my printer uses a lot of ink and I just felt that we were wasting money unnecessarily. So, after doing a great deal of research online, I decided to take the plunge and order from your company- I just had a feeling that this was a company with integrity, and a company I wanted to support with my business. I am happy to say I have not been disappointed! The cartridges work great, and the next time my husband needs ink for his printer (also an Epson), we will be ordering from CCS Digital.
