Very satisfied. Reading all the hype from Epson about only using Epson brand cartridges made me skeptical about purchasing knock off inkjet cartridges. But also paying over $13.00 a pop for the Epson cartridges was also getting old. I ordered a small quantity order from ccs-digital and was pleasantly surprised with their quality. Everything the website claims. Great color and they do hold more ink than the Epson cartridges. You cannot beat the price and when factoring the value of your time and gas to travel to the store it makes it even a better value ordering from ccs-digital. The most impressive aspect of ccs-digital is, that after ordering over 100 cartridges, I experienced a problem with three black cartridges. I emailed the website and within 20 minutes received a phone call from the owner with technical advise on working through the problem. After several unsuccessful attempts he informed me that he would be mailing me replacements at no charge. I received the replacements within 3 days! Anyone can market and sell a product but it is rare when you find a company that actually backs their products without a big run around....
