T078 single use cartridges in Artisan 50 Customer first called to say that he had tried other brands and they didn't work. I told him ours had worked in many Artisan 50s and if these didn't, we had a money-back guarantee. The first time he tried, they were not recognized. He emailed that once again he felt ripped off. I replied with some things he could try and repeated again that he had not been ripped off since we had a money-back guarantee. This was his reply. A little over-the-top but very entertaining. T060 reusable cartridges It's so nice doing business with you, I thought I'd share a tip. I needed to print a mailing ad on photo stock, with a photo on one side, and mailing address on the other. I experimented with different manufacturer's 4" x 6" photo paper, and got bleeding on all brands except for genuine Kodak photo paper. On the other brands, the ink wouldn't dry and would smear even after a couple of days. If any other of your clients have any complaints or need guidance for photo printing, you can recommend Kodak paper, as it took the ink perfectly. T200xl single use and cleaner Izzy, I'm glad I took the advice from the CCS website and refrained from trying to print or run the head cleaning function, not until the new cartridges were in. CCS helped me dodge the proverbial bullet. Your replacement cleaning kit and cartridges performed the hat trick on my recalcitrant Epson. Mission accomplished, Goodman totally rocks....
