The cartridges I purchased from you work great in my new Epson NX215 - as soon as they arrived I turned in the original epson ones to Staples! I'm happy to no longer be refilling HP carts. and getting ripped off by printer mfgrs.. Thanks!...

Izzy, I had a bad clog (didn't know it). Thought my printer was shot. Before giving up went to your web site and saw the page for the cleaning kit. My printer had the same symptoms. Ordered it. Got it. Watched the YouTube link. Waited 8 hours. No joy. Went back to your web site. Read the part about a printer sitting for a month before the clog cleared. Figured, try again. Waited four hours. No joy. Dejection. Figured damaged print head. Nonetheless, tried again. Waited a day. Plugged it back in. Said Yellow was bad. Did the replacement (have you refill cartriges--yah!)---cha ching! Printed perfectly! Thank you for preaching patience Izzy. You are the King of Ink!...
