In the words of Churchill, Never give up...or, I'm not going to let a dumb printer beat me. I still ordered the Artisan 710. Time to recycle my old 620 or give it to one of my kids. It still scans fine and most folks don't print much anymore anyway. I gave you a guys an attaboy recommendation on fixyourprinter.com When the time comes, you've got yourself another customer.     Thanks Izzy for getting me back to work! I am a small business owner (professional artist) who depends heavily on "printers". My Epson workforce 40 printer used for my office printing, announced over the weekend that it would not work anymore with the recycled cartridges I was using (Not yours). I might add I had been using them for some time now, so I was puzzled to say the least when some messaged "cartridge not recognized". Then I went looking to find out why and accidentally found CCS on a google search. After reading on your site what Epson does to it's consumers to keep them buying expensive ink, I was incensed. I have a policy of giving 200% customer service in my business. You meet my standards for customer service! You spent time on the phone to explain why the other guys ink cartridges wouldn't work anymore and kindly offered support and help to get me the cartridges you supply that will work. And they did!! I have already reordered. I will be a regular ongoing customer of CCS and will also recommend you to all my friends and family. A big thank you....
