I have been dealing with (other brand) for years. They used to be personable, local, inexpensive and reliable. But recently I noticed a change, and their customer service, although they treat you nicely and politely, is tedious with them stringing you along endlessly until they finally give in and send you another useless cartridge if you have the time to go through all the BS you already went through using the cleaning utilities and nozzle checks--wasting ink away on my Epson NX230. Well, I finally Googled my problem, and it came up with your site and a forum about head cleaning. So I ordered the head cleaning kit from your website, and it worked LIKE A CHARM, I just can't believe it!!! Thank you for your quick solution and shipping. You totally ROCK....

I always enjoy reading your newsletter, and I also enjoy your ink. I print a lot compared to my friends, but only pay a pittance compared to what they pay. Thanks to you, I don't have to be concerned about running out of ink, cause I always have backup. Why are people so afraid to consider options to what the manufacturer offers? I wonder. keep up the good work....

Customer has a Workforce 600 Hi Izzy, Just as you said, I received them today and they work fine. Everything prints like original. I will be placing another order for the color refills. I have original and your cartridges mixed and no problems so far!! When the printer says you're empty just remove the cartridge check ink level and pop it back in everything resets. Love it!!! Thanks again...

Hey there, I ordered some cartridges for the Epson Artisan 1430 about a month and they work like a charm. I am part of a small business stuck in an awkward "growing pains" stage, where every dollar counts. We do our own advertising, and that plus our need to print out daily inventory sheets means that we go through a lot of ink.
