    One for the books - our cartridges work where genuine Epson cartridges don't! Hi, I have an Epson RX680 that would not accept an original Epson Cyan Cartridge and the rest of the cartridges were almost full. I was on support calls with Epson for hours. They sent two more Cyan cartridges which were not recognized either and they finally determined my printer was bad. I had already stocked up on so many cartridges (at $69 a set), that I needed to buy an Epson printer that took the same cartridges, which I did. To my surprise, the new printer would not accept any of the cartridges from the old printer because they had been previously installed even though some were totally full. The new printer only worked after I put in the brand new cartridges supplied with it. Out of curiosity, I took all genuine Epson cartridges out of the printer that Epson assured me had a bad circuit board and replaced them with your compatible cartridges. Unbelievably, the “broken” printer now works fine! I plan to use only your cartridges with both of my printers. I will order the refillable ones next....
