    This customer has an Artisan 837 which - along with the 730 - doesn't always recognize refillable cartridges. We sent him a free refillable to try along with a set of regular cartridges. Hi Izzy: The order was received today...only 2 days, amazing. I replaced the black with one of your black single use carts and the printer recognized it as OEM stuff. Since I was on a lucky streak, I inserted the test refillable you sent and it recognized it also as OEM stuff. Good riddance OEM's! I'm happier than a clam at low tide....

    Dear Izzy, Unbelievable! About ten emails have gone between us since March 1st concerning my printer. I cleaned those nozzles enough times to use up i/3 of the cleaning solution and nothing was happening. I didn't see the printer print magenta since January and really thought it must be broken. I went through 10 cartridges from Carrot Ink and got error after error, problem after problem. Every time things started to look a little bit promising, my hopes were dashed. I kept persisting, due to your recommendation of the printer and the fact that you wrote back again and again. I was impressed by your enthusiasm (though I was cursing Epson) so I continued. Maybe it's because you are a fellow NYer and I kind of think of you at this point like the Dr. Bronner of ink cartridges that I kept on it, inspired by your stories of printers loosening up after a few days or weeks. Kind of like printhead constipation that can be cured if done right. The appreciation of your customers also had the effect on me of really wanting to make this printer work again, though I thought that for the amount of time I was putting into this, I could more easily just buy a new printer. I was really at the end of my rope on Monday when I got your last missive. There was practically nothing coming out of the printer, just a bit of patchy nonsense, no black, no magenta, cyan disappeared, magenta not seen in nearly 3 months. I complained to Carrot, they said to send the cartridges back for refund. So I took the remaining carts out of the printer and thought OK, i can throw the printer out or give it one more last go, cost be damned. So I injected the heads one last time, reset the printer, and put your new color carts in it as well as two new black Epson cartridges (since I'd drained 2 of the 3 black carts you sent me accidentally).     WoW Thank you so much for the quick reply Izzy. I did turn it off and on and then tried re inserting the cartridge and IT WORKED! Thanks so much to CCS Digital for not having me throw my epson in the trash! Just couldn't afford to replace the cartridges any longer. I will tell everyone about CCS Digital and the fabulous customer service. Who has customer service like this? I'm keeping your advice taped to the side of my printer for future use.     So far so good on your Epson refillable cartridges! They far and away outlast those chintzy cartridges from the manufacturer and sold through Staples, etc.! I love their tranparency....

    Thank you SO much for the ink cartridges !!! – you have NO idea how frustrated I have been and disappointed that I bought this Epson printer because of the cost of cartridge replacement and their forcing me to buy ink when I still have black but can’t use it. You just made my day – will definitely buy from you again when I need more. Thanks again!!!...
