    I did my first "full" page, and it doesn't look any different the my Hi Definition ink. I printed out a scrapbook page, with photos. The background was slightly different, but the photo's were ok. Very good print. Hope it keeps up, you will have a regular customer....

    Dear Izzy . I removed the original Epson cartridges and installed all six of the Artisan 50 refillable cartridges I ordered, and they worked immediately. I figured that only made sense as Epsons are so finicky. For your information, I get much better print-outs now than with the original Epson cartridges. Thank you for your prompt responses ( and a great product)....

    I am just dropping you a note to let you know how pleased I am with your excellent service. I bought my Epson Artisan 725 back in December of 2010. I saw your website in January of 2011 when I ran out of ink. I was very impressed with you over abundance of information on your website. I just had to call. You convinced me to try the dye inks instead of the pigment inks. You also showed me how to save money on my purchase and you took the time to answer all of my questions. However, what impresses me the most is that I do call you from time to time when I have a hiccup or just for some general info. Even though you have other things to do, you take the time to explain things and help me out. Well, here it is, July of 2011 and I just called with another question but I still do not need any ink and I print a lot! I am an amateur photographer that actually knows what I am doing and I can not say enough about the quality of your ink.
